Great ideas! I have to alert you and your readers though to a misstatement on your part. You claim “All these healthy recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free.” This is simply NOT true. Your Savoury Spelt Soda Bread with Vegan Cream Cheese and Avocado Salad uses *spelt* flour. Spelt contains gluten. Spelt is a sub-species of wheat, so spelt and spelt flour are NOT gluten-free. (Also, according to the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004, foods that contain spelt or kamut cannot carry “wheat-free” or “wheat-alternative” labels.)
