Hello my friends! Happy Friday! My goal for June has been to eat more salads! Which I really love anyway, so this goal isn’t impossible ~ but I always need inspirations and I’m sure all the Lifeologia readers would love new salad recipe ideas ~ Yes?
Hope you’re ready for another Potluck Party! Come, Welcome and Relax. Grab your favourite drink and make yourself comfortable…. share your favourite recipe in the link section below and mingle away with the other ‘guests’ ;)I am very excited to see a wonderful community forming here. Thank you so much for being here. Please extend this invitation to your friends so we can grow this community of health-conscious people and have a variety of healthy recipes right at our fingertips!
We are focusing on Nutritious & Delicious healthy recipes that are mostly vegan, vegetarian and raw as well as gluten-free but not exclusively. Recipes that are free of refined sugars, have no artificial colours and flavours, are not processed would qualify as healthy. Some exceptions will include wild fish dishes, and recipes with ancient grains like spelt & kamut are also welcomed. Please no posts that sell anything and unrelated links will be deleted. (for a feel of the party check this post). You are encouraged to search through your archives and dig up some older recipes. There’s a different theme every weekend, so be sure to stop by often ;) This week it’s : Best Healthy Salad Recipes
You know, my motto really is:
‘A Salad a day Keeps the Doctor Away!’
To Play: It is now mandatory to add a linkback to a post you’re submitting for the Potluck Party @ Lifeologia (follow the directions when you link up). Copy the url link from your recipe post you want to share, click on the bottom blue button and follow the instructions. Let me know if you have any problems with linking.
The party runs all weekend long and ends early next week.
I must also send out a huge thank you to everyone who contributed last week for the Healthy Dessert Recipes – were so amazing! So tempting ~ you guys are good ;) Thank you everyone for joining up ;)
Wishing you an awesome weekend! You better have a salad – no excuses! ;)
If you’re local to the GTA, The Toronto Raw/Vegan Festival is on this weekend!
I will do my best to come by ~ anyone else planning to go?

Good Morning Ella…
I will have more salad recipes for you next week (working on one I think you will love).
This week I am sharing…
(1) Berry Beet Smoothie (packed full of nutrients) such a great way to start the morning or for an afternoon pick-me-up. This is like a liquid salad: it has carrots, a beet, fresh ginger, blueberries and strawberries…you can also add a hand full of greens to give this smoothie an extra kick of nutrition!

Salads are great. I should really try to make more varieties. This will help! I did not know about the vegan festival. I will have to see if we can fit it in this weekend!

This is an awesome theme this week (not that your other ones haven’y been awesome too). We’ve been eating salads for the last couple of weeks every day.
I’m sharing a couple I put on the blog recently, classic salads but with a cashew dressing, Waldorf Salad with candied walnuts and Coleslaw!
Hope you have a fantastic weekend!
