potluck party : celebrating with food

May 25, 2012 by Ella

Happy Friday! We’ve been having the most amazing week, the weather is just perfect so we’re outside as much as we can. If I could have it my way I would set up my desk under the trees ~ wouldn’t that be bliss ;) It was a short week too, we’ve done some celebrating last weekend and have continued to entertain our out-of-town guest all week. Well, more like my husband did the entertaining…. life is hard when you’re downtown all the time, drinking beer on the patios and dining at steak houses. But it feels like my week was also perfect… I’m a real down-to-earth girl… so the bliss of just walking around in the fresh outdoors in flip flops and a smile on my face is it – a perfect week.

Now for all of you who can’ wait to get the weekend started…. and I know many of you have a long weekend ahead! Yes ~ here’s to good times. Let’s Celebrate with amazing healthy food at this Potluck Party!

Theme of this Potluck : Celebrating with Food!

Hope you’re ready for another Potluck Party! Come, Welcome and Relax. Grab your favourite drink and make yourself comfortable…. share your favourite recipe in the link section below and mingle away with the other ‘guests’ ;)I am very excited to see a wonderful community forming here. Thank you so much for being here. Please extend this invitation to your friends so we can grow this community of health-conscious people and have a variety of healthy recipes right at our fingertips!

We are focusing on Nutritious & Delicious healthy recipes that are mostly vegan, vegetarian and raw as well as gluten-free but not exclusively. Recipes that are free of refined sugars, have no artificial colours and flavours, are not processed would qualify as healthy. Some exceptions will include wild fish dishes, and recipes with ancient grains like spelt & kamut are also welcomed. Please no posts that sell anything and unrelated links will be deleted. (for a feel of the party check this post). You are encouraged to search through your archives and dig up some older recipes.

To Play: It is now mandatory to add a linkback to a post you’re submitting for the Potluck Party @ Lifeologia (follow the directions when you link up). Copy the url link from your recipe post you want to share, click on the bottom blue button and follow the instructions. Let me know if you have any problems with linking.

The party runs all weekend long and ends early next week.

I must also send out a huge thank you to everyone who contributed last week for the Best Healthy Recipes. The recipes looked and sounded so good… these Potluck Parties always make me wish this was a real life event! Thank you everyone for joining up ;)

Wishing you an awesome weekend! What are your plans for this weekend? Will it be Celebrating? ;)

Oh everything looks so yummy, especially that sunshine salad. I always feel like I am eating sunshine when I eat fruit. I guess that’s because basically I am. Have a wonderful weekend!
