I’ve never been this excited about Hallowe’en (yes, I know how to spell it – I was going for a greeting at the same time ;) ) lol! We just finished a few decorations last night, and this morning our house was screaming with delight!
We created fun Hallowe’en decorations in our eat-in-kitchen, (the room we use most of the time). Here we had some excitement everywhere you looked, but I don’t think it was over the top at all. Meet the gang up close!
Here is what else was on the TO DO list: Halloween Gifts for the kids in Gabi’s daycare. ((biggest challenge – I forgot to get wrapping for the candy and stickers I got!)) OH NO!!!
BE NOT AFRAID – I crafted something so that no tear will be spilled… except from a homeless onion during dinner preparations….HA HA HA (add evil laughter here) lol
inexpensive doesn’t even describe this project – it’s practically FREE – unless you don’t regularly buy 10lb bags of onion ;)
And VOILA – this is what you end up with:
Onto our next DIY, is the cat and mouse chase ;)
Supplies: 1 large black construction paper sheet, googly eyes, wire or black yarn for whiskers, sharp-point or small hole punch for making holes, scissors, glue, double sided tape to secure to the wall, (optional are small cardboard pieces that are secured in between paper for more depth)
Pretty Simple right? For the cat, I have to give credits to Andrea, I borrowed this from her blog ;)
As you can see, we’re ready for TRICK OR TREAT!
Are you?
HAVE A FUN-FILLED SPOOK’TACULAR DAY!

love all these crafty decorations! My little guy and I will have a blast making them. We haven’t even carved/painted pumpkins yet.
And the bag treats from old onion bags. Brilliant. I am definitely using that one.
Thanks!

Brilliant use of the onion bag to wrap candy! I’d be the crazy running like mad to the store and probably spending wayyy to much money!
