family friday : randomness

June 24, 2011 by Ella

We had a busy week with tons of randomness. Here are some of our highlights: Went out for my brother in law’s birthday. Gabi had her first ride on the backseat of a bicycle. My niece came over for some fun and we hung out in the backyard. Glad we did because the next day it started raining cats and dogs – and it still is….

What were your highlights this week? Please do share in the comments. (I’m back to the old FF style – and I will pick one comment to feature next week!)

Have a lovely weekend. It’s our anniversary tomorrow – should be a good one! ;P  xox

could you and G be any cuter? nope.
My highlight was the girls finishing school. And even though it has been raining ever since their last day, I have been guiltily enjoying being stuck in the house with them. lots of reading, writing, cooking, drawing, dreaming…

Love it! My highlight was taking my youngest boy out by myself. He is such a quiet spirit. We both needed that time alone!

I love the photo of the girls painting outside…

I’ve been gardening, weeding, digging up sod and laying down pavers to make a new walk way around the garden. I’m sore but happy!

I wish I had just a little energy for that…

I love that picture of the girls painting outside, surrounded by green…that’s a memory they’ll have for a long time, I’m sure!

My highlight was finding a baby eggplant in the garden (among lot of other kinds of babies)! It’s going to be a good year for produce!
