vegan & gluten free summer grilling

July 5, 2012 by Ella

Our everyday summer menu is usually something quick thrown together. No fuss, just delicious foods that together are good and tasty. Just recently we made : balsamic glazed tofu, sweet potatoes, cherry tomato skewers and red cabbage slaw salad. All vegan, all gluten-free. All delicious.

What are you eating lately in these warm days?

ps. recipes to follow. xo

yes! that’s what I LOVE about summer cooking too. No fuss–no planning, just fresh ingredients thrown together with whatever you have in the kitchen and all of a sudden you have a healthy refreshing meal. that slaw sounds delish!
