potluck party : nutritious & delicious

March 30, 2012 by Ella

TGIF! Yes it’s Friday! Who doesn’t love a Friday especially now that you have another great reason to have fun! Welcome to the Potluck Party! I was so inspired by the last one; great recipes, so much fun, discovering new blogs and the wonderful ladies behind them ;) …. that I though we have to keep going – and keep having more parties!

If you’re new here on Lifeologia and new to the Potluck Party – Welcome! Make yourself comfortable, kick back and relax, join up a link of your favourite recipe from your archives and enjoy the party!

We are focusing on healthy recipes that are mostly vegan & gluten-free but not exclusively. Recipes that are free of refined sugars, have no artificial colours and flavours, are not processed would qualify as healthy. Some exceptions will include fish dishes, and recipes with ancient grains like spelt & kamut. Please no posts that sell anything and unrelated links will be deleted. (for a feel of the party check this post). You are free to scour your archives, I don’t think recipes get dated.

This week let’s go for a SNACKS theme as I think a lot of us are in the healthy snacking mode lately. (please note that this theme is a suggestion only – you may submit anything you like from desserts, lunches, main courses and drinks etc.)

.

Would you like a seal-of-approval for your contribution? I want to share the Nutritious & Delicious badge with you. Include it with your recipe post along with the link to this post, if you like.

Thank you so much for stopping by and playing along. Don’t have a blog or a link to a recipe? No worries, just say hello anyway, glad you could visit ;)

.
.

Oh, I almost forgot. I brought flowers for you all! Hope you all have a great time.

Mandatory: Please kindly add a link to your post that you shared your recipe here at the Potluck Party @ Lifeologia (insert the url of this post).

ps. Old recipes dusted off from your archives are perfectly acceptable ~ does a recipe really go out of style? ;)

Thanks for being here. Now let’s have fun! The party ends Sunday at midnight. xo

In other news, tomorrow is the day of the Earth Hour – please turn off your lights (and other electronics) between the hours of 8:30 pm – 9:30pm to support the awareness program. Happy Weekending!
