December 7, 2011 by Ella

Hello my sweet friends! It’s a very exciting day today because I’m throwing a giveaway right here, right now! I’ve put together a few special things ~ some I found especially for you and some I made with love ;) Here’s a peek of what one of you my dear readers will get to keep (or share with someone special on your list perhaps ;) Here’s a beautiful collection of 5 pretty and ‘good for you’ kind of things that together create my Natural Christmas Giveaway.

Lovely right? I wasn’t kidding when I said ‘good for you’  ~ see I care ;)  Here’s a closer look at the gifts you’re about to receive as there’s not just one or two or even three things to gift you with – I’ve put together a beautiful bundle of 5 beautiful products. Take a look:

These 5 items have a bit of everything: something for the home, to accessorize with, for the senses and for your health and wellbeing.

    Best giveaway ever!

I find that peace for me is really linked to my breathing. It’s so important for me to take moments throughout the day to be calm and conscious and present…it’s the only way I can find some inner peace, which helps me spread outer peace.

Even though that sounds a little hippy dippy. =)

What a great giveaway! :) I find peace by walking and doing yoga. Since I’m currently unemployed, being alone in the house all day can make me a little antsy. Getting out and changing my surroundings really helps keep me grounded.

I find peace by writing in my journal and listening to Christmas music. I am pregnant with my 8th baby due in June 2012, I tend to journal more during my pregnancys. I can hardly wait to feel my baby kicking with in! :)
I am at the start of week 14…so iw won’t be much longer!

    Peace+

Sense of peace this holiday season will come from remember the simply joy of giving rather than focusing on the extravagance of the holidays. Additionally, striving to keep my diet consistent in spite of all the festive foods that I know will make me feel icky and lose my balance. Thank you so much for hosting this giveaway.

Liz, thanks so much for your comment.
I am in the same boat as you so let’s mentally support each other ;)
There’s a lot of restrictions I have with my diet and I won’t be able to eat most foods on our Christmas dinner table ;( but I will be ok. I make sure I have a few of my favourites I can eat that are really good and then a few healthier desserts I can also eat and then I survive without any guilt or any feeling sick later ;)
All the best – you can do it! ;)

What a beautiful giveaway! This holiday season, I am finding peace by keeping things simple. I am hand making almost all my gifts for the first time this year, avoiding the city and malls makes things less stressful and making things myself for all the special people on my list brings me joy :)

What a fantastic giveaway- and so happy to have found another cool blog (found you through Bohemian Flavored :D ).
Peace through the holidays for me comes by taking comfort in the birth of our Savior, Jesus. I’m grateful to have that wrapped up with the fun traditions of picking out a Christmas tree, stringing lights up on the house, baking cookies…etc. We just got our tree last night and my girls are BEGGING to put lights up and decorations on. I’m cramming for a nursing final so easy goes it… one thing at a time- haha.
I’m happy to tweet about this for ya too :D
Take care and thanks for the chance to win!

what a rad giveaway! each item is super cool.

i find peace during the holiday season by focusing on my faith and family, also by not going to malls and either making gifts or buying locally from small shops.

i’m keeping my fingers crossed that i win! thanks so much for the chance :D

ps-i love green smoothies! i drink em every day.

Oh gosh, peace sometimes feels fleeting for me… but when it feels the most full and real is when I allow myself to feel slow. That is when I feel most at peace, when I embrace slowness— and absorb the smells and tastes and comfort of the hibernating season.
Thank you! Merry winter season to you!

Peace during the holidays for me comes during my vacation. Every year for the past 10 years I am off for 8-11 days (10 this year). Though my vacation comes in the form of not going to work, not thinking about work, just being at home with my family. We don’t travel anywhere. No worries. Playing. Loving. Relaxing. For me home=peace. Always.

I love to play my Charlie Brown Christmas cd. It’s jazzy and relaxing and the kids and I all mellow out when it’s on. I find that if I can keep my kids happy then my job is easier and more relaxing which leaves me with the energy I need for gift making, buying, etc.

I love the peace print. These belong in every home!

    Lovely giveaway Ella.
I find peace in slowing down and doing less – that’s even less confrontations, less complaining – this is sometimes harder to do than it seems but it’s really worth it to have more peace in my life.

beautiful beautiful giveaway ella! The peace I find right now is in slowing down and reflecting on the reason for the season and not all the commercialized stuff surrounding it, and the many things you feel that you *have to* do.
