making hand-printed tree, going nuts for pesto, squeezing in a movie night ~ Carnage was a very enjoyable film, my girl doing a craft inspired by Artzooka all by herself, oh and we use the yoga mat for everything ;), going through my old desk calendar and pulling out pages to frame as art from Kelly Rae Roberts, I’m also enjoying our Excalibur ~ we’ve made raw crêpes several times this week alone ;)
Happy Friday my friends! Here are a few snapshots from our week…. not all, as I took out my card reader from my camera the other day and put it somewhere… and now I can’t find it at all…. A sign that Spring cleaning is to be continued (and the fact that I’m loosing my mind ;) I think I just realized now how there was a big inspiration into the greens this week. Maybe because green just feels like spring or St. Patrick’s day ;) Spring definitely came by this week, for us. Did it for you where you live?
It was also March Break, so my daughter had no school – and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. We did some crafts, went out for long walks, had a playdate with a friend. It’s been a full week. I’m kind of exhausted to be honest. I also cheated just a tad with my sugar-detox (nothing huge, but I did have a few more of those dark chocolate squares – I couldn’t help it ~ it was just one of those days where a piece of chocolate is a girl’s best friend.
I’m also super happy I had two photoshoots booked for this week. I did really well and I surprised even myself with the energy I had in me ;) So good to be around people ~ one of the reasons I’m switching things up from graphic design. But it’s my busy season and I really miss doing my blog more and visiting my friends around on their blogs. So my apologies that things were all slow here and that you haven’t seen me around visiting you. Hopefully next week, I’ll be able to cross some things off the list and do something fun again ~ like more blogging and more crafts perhaps ;D
What memories were you making this week?
xo Wishing you a lovely weekend! xo
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Looks like a fun week. That pesto looks yummy! I’m glad you liked the movie Carnage, because my husband wants to watch that next. We are movie addicts! Have a great weekend! Joann
Ella says
Thanks Joann, Carnage was fantastic – it is based on a play so expect it to be a bit ‘theatrical’ ;) A great film by Polanski! with Kate Winslet and Jody Foster ;D I’m sure you will also enjoy it ;)
Have a great weekend to you too. xo

It does look like a full week for you! And that pasta does look delish! I love pesto. Too bad my eldest daughter has a nut allergy. There’s no pesto in our house!
We’re going to Blue Mountain this weekend. Probably won’t be any snow, but still looking forward to a fun time just hanging around making memories!
Ella says
Flora, Blue Mountain sounds amazing to be in so much nature ;)
too bad for the nut allergy ;( it’s always tough – we are dealing with so many dietary restrictions already so I know it’s rough… thank goodness there’s so many alternative options to avoid allergens now. xo
