Right now my heart is full!
I received an email from my mother-in-law with this abstract art and quote from my daughter… and I can’t stop smiling ;)
My girl is six years old and very vibrant, creative and full of passion. There is so much kindness in her little heart and she doesn’t stop herself in expressing her feelings! I love that about children… they are so honest and real. I am learning so much here about love and life from my little girl.
Love is You. These three words hold so much wisdom and power. Love is in us… in every one of us. We just need to feel it and express it in all the colours of the rainbow… in any shape and form (like her personal expression… her creative soul speaking through art.) Of course, you know I’m her mom because I find this the most beautiful piece of art on earth! (lol)
As you may know, they are away on a family vacation to Europe and are coming back tomorrow! One thing I reflect on when they’re gone and I look around the empty quiet house is how much I love and appreciate my family. Sure I get worn when the daily routines are in full effect… but it’s all worth it. It’s everything I ever wanted and all that I have. Love.
I hope there is Love in You right now and your heart and soul is filled with so much vibrant happiness… and if it’s not… learn from a six year old and believe that Love is YOU!!!

That is so beautiful. Children are so precious, aren’t they? I love what you said about looking around your home and realizing how much you love your family. I feel the same way… I often wish I had more time for me, but quickly remind myself that I wouldn’t trade my crazy toddler son and husband for anything. They are wonderful.
