March 22 is World Water day! Perfect timing :) I can always tell when I haven’t had enough water. A year ago I started carrying around a 32 oz Nalgene bottle which has helped me keep up my intake, and now I can’t leave the house without it.

I used to drink this religiously every morning and felt so incredible! It was also always followed by a green smoothie later in the morning and I would literally not be hungry until a bit past lunch. It also helped me curb coffee and other junk cravings. I’m not sure why I fell off the wagon with the lemon water, but it was such a good habit to have. Thanks for reminding me about it. I’ll be getting back to it for sure ;)

It always feel like you read my mind! I was staring at my water yesterday, thinking how happy I am that it’s a habit for me, because I really believe it is one of the most fundamentally healthy things that I do. I also add lemon juice to my detox tea for an extra boost!

Flora my dear, when you have a cup of coffee – you need to drink 2 glasses of water just to refuel the fluids your 1 cup of coffee dehydrates from you!!
      Cheers to H2O!

it worked quite a bit for me. i’ll drink more water tohrugohut the day and it’ll make me eat less since i’m full of water. i also drink a lot of water while i’m eating so i don’t over eat. but don’t drink TOO much water cause it can be bad for you. 6-8 full glasses a day is good for me. i also work out and eat some kind of protein after wards. i don’t drink protein shakes. i believe in going all natural. but eating protein bars, granola bars, or fruits tohrugohut the day help keep my metabolism up as well.good luck!
