So this is my follow up to how my first bread turned out… pretty good! I like the fact that it’s a no-yeast and no baking powder recipe – although I do wish it would rise more. So it was a bit flat in in it’s shape but it still tasted nice and tender. (The secret ingredient was bacterial culture that you yourself can make at home.) I added a great 12 grain flour to it and some extra texture with pumpkin seeds, flax and oats. I will post the recipe in a bit as I still have to get the correct version from my mom ;)
