back to school poem

Isn’t this such a fun little poem for back to school to mark all the excitement this time of the year holds? My daughter isn’t at a school age just yet, but she is going to JK in a real big school – she certainly is excited and can’t wait to go. We’ve been to an orientation together and it was really fun to watch her being so independent, learning new things and making new friends. Her official start date is this Friday – we can’t wait.

This poem is a lovely contribution from my friend Annette who is a mom of two school-aged boys. I just thought is was brilliant and had to share ;)
