Aphrodisiac Smoothie

February 13, 2013 by Ella

Pure-Ella-Aphrodisiac-Super-Smoothie

Hello Lovely Sexy People!

Don’t you ever wish there was a real love potion…? An elixir of love!? Something you could sip on and be transformed into… a Goddess of Love and Sexuality!? (or a god of…)

If so, (and you so should, it’s only very very natural to have a healthy need for some fun under the sheets and not only!)…

if so, this Aphrodisiac Smoothie (Super-Smoothie) is for you and you partner! And I don’t call it an aphrodisiac for nothing. Just saying – it comes with a real *caution* sign! ;)

APHRODISIAC SUPER-SMOOTHIE

Serving for 2

(vegan/dairy-free)

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 ripe bananas (may be frozen)
  • 1-2 Tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 1-2 tsp raw cacao nibs (optional)
  • 1-2 tsp agave nectar (optional)
  • pinch of chili powder (optional)
.
Directions :

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Adjust sweetness to a desired taste.
Enjoy with Caution!

Read about the Super-Powers of these super-food ingredients:

Maca :

A true all-natural sexual stimulant because it naturally balances out our hormones – (and apparently we naturally should want to get it on more often… but stress, busy lifestyles etc. etc. leave the mojo covered up in dust bunnies. (oh that also made me think of house chores – which also contribute to mood killers!) Maca fixes that (kind of) but will not clean your house!

(To read more about the health benefits of Maca, I already wrote about it in great detail here).

Bananas :

Ok, let’s get the shape out of these benefits aside, shall we? Ahem, bananas deliver potassium, a nutrient key to muscle strength. They also keep you focused and ready to go!

Cocoa :

Cocoa contains the chemical phenylethylamine, a stimulant that conjures just the sort of subtle feelings of well-being and excitement.

Chili Powder :

Chili peppers release endorphins – a natural *high* from physical excitement! Even just a little increases heart rate and brings on natural excitement. They have the power to raise body temperature and even make lips swell ~ no wonder sexy is referred to as “spicy” ;)

Perhaps maybe even the real Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of Love and Sexuality was sipping on this sexy Super-Smoothie!? Oh for sure she did! And now you have the secret at your fingers to transform into a Goddess of Love as well… Yes!..

Now, carry on… back to work, back to whatever you were doing…  but now with a bit of that sexy spark in your eyes! Stay calm… and go make that delicious smoothie NOW!
