Happy first day of June!!! Summer is just around the corner now (although it so doesn’t look like it today). But who is not excited about June? ~ last month of school, last of the cooler temperatures, our anniversary (lucky 7) and let’s not forget to celebrate all the dads with Father’s Day.
There’s one more exciting event – I have passed the Sugar Detox Challenge for all of 3 months! That is not to say I now don’t like desserts – I still LOVE desserts – but they just don’t hold much power over me ~ or so I think!!! ;) This Potluck Party will put me to a test!
Luckily, not all desserts are created equal! And it’s great to do this roundup of healthy; possibly raw or vegan and gluten free dessert – that have no processed ingredients, refined sugar or artificial flavours. Isn’t it great to bite into a dessert that is actually good for you? That’s what I’m hoping this roundup will be all about ;)
So a celebration is due and of course, let’s get silly and have a dessert party!!!!
Go ahead, tempt me all you want – this will be my final exam ;)
Theme of this Potluck Party : Healthy Dessert Recipes!
Hope you’re ready for another Potluck Party! Come, Welcome and Relax. Grab your favourite drink and make yourself comfortable…. share your favourite recipe in the link section below and mingle away with the other ‘guests’ ;)I am very excited to see a wonderful community forming here. Thank you so much for being here. Please extend this invitation to your friends so we can grow this community of health-conscious people and have a variety of healthy recipes right at our fingertips!
We are focusing on Nutritious & Delicious healthy recipes that are mostly vegan, vegetarian and raw as well as gluten-free but not exclusively. Recipes that are free of refined sugars, have no artificial colours and flavours, are not processed would qualify as healthy. Some exceptions will include wild fish dishes, and recipes with ancient grains like spelt & kamut are also welcomed. Please no posts that sell anything and unrelated links will be deleted. (for a feel of the party check this post). You are encouraged to search through your archives and dig up some older recipes.
To Play: It is now mandatory to add a linkback to a post you’re submitting for the Potluck Party @ Lifeologia (follow the directions when you link up). Copy the url link from your recipe post you want to share, click on the bottom blue button and follow the instructions. Let me know if you have any problems with linking.
The party runs all weekend long and ends early next week.
I must also send out a huge thank you to everyone who contributed last week for the Celebrating with Food Recipes. The recipes looked and sounded so good… these Potluck Parties always make me wish this was a real life event! Thank you everyone for joining up ;)
Wishing you an awesome weekend! What are your plans for this weekend? I think I will have some dessert! ;)

Hey Ella! I am contributing my coconut oatmeal raisin cookies. Not sugar free, but at least they are vegan! And oats are healthy, right? :)
