We’re having some fun today and celebrating Christmas in July! Why not – otherwise it’s just another Wednesday and I think my daughter will love to make AND eat these little Gingerbread Spiced Dessert Balls!

It’s funny. I had never really heard of this before, and I’ve heard it a few times recently. Christmas in the summer sounds good to me. And dessert balls? Count me in. They look amazing! :)
