I’ve never felt better than when I did eating this salad! So yummy and oh-so-healthy. You have to give this one a try. I added some of my fenugreek SPROUTS to this recipe – they are only about a week old here, they have the same nutrition as full grown at 2 weeks but who can wait that long… Also, do try this easy recipe for hummus – with flax – DELICIOUS & healthy!
Avocado Radish Salad
mix of spinach and romaine lettuce
dressing: olive oil, flax oil, celery seeds, pinch of sea salt, pepper, squeeze of lemon (you can add vinaigrettes but this is a Candida recipe)
Directions: layer vegetables, drizzle dressing and ENJOY!
Flax Oil Hummus
can of chick peas
1 spoon of tahini
salt & pepper to taste
dash of cayenne pepper
tbsp of olive oil
tbsp of flax oil
1 tsp of ground flax
Directions: mix all the ingredients in a blender and spread on favourite multigrain bread or pita. YUM ;P
