It’s mid October and do you know what that means? It’s Pumpkin season in its full force! Does that excite you or frighten you? We are not carving our pumpkins just yet, but we are eating them! I don’t think there’s another vegetable (or fruit?) that is this versatile! I mean from savoury dishes to desserts and to home decor and frightening children – this one vegg is the king of versatility!
I’m a huge fan of using pumpkin in all sorts of dishes ~ when the season comes although I have paired it up with chocolate and it is a different dessert all together! Do you love cooking with pumpkin also? Please do share your creations.

Just a reminder that this is a vegan and gluten free party as much as possible – some ancient grains are accepted such as kamut and spelt and honey is permitted.
