TGIF! Who else is loving this summerlicious weather, sunshine, food and summer fruit?! I do I do! July is just bursting with flovours…… It’s the season for just about everything : raspberries, blueberries, watermelon…. peaches! Still gotta get my hands on a basketful of those ;) What is your favourite recipes or ‘thing’ you do with your fresh fruit? Is it smoothies, sun teas, baking, raw desserts? Please just a reminder that this is a mostly Vegan and gluten free party. Some exceptions such as ancient grains like spelt and kamut or the use of honey are allowed. No artificial or processed ingredients and no refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. ;)
