Happy Friday! Hope you’ve all had a great week!
My biggest highlight this week was to find a little ripe red cherry tomato hanging off one of my tomato plants out in the garden. You can imagine my happiness ;) Couldn’t do much with the little guy to make a recipe… so my little monster just gobbled it up and is waiting for more! ;) This little guy is my little inspiration for today’s Party!
Do you have a garden inspired recipe to share?
Beyond recipes, you can also share your garden photos, tips etc.
Please just a reminder that this is a mostly Vegan and gluten free party. Some exceptions such as ancient grains like spelt and kamut or the use of honey are allowed. No artificial or processed ingredients and no refined sugar or artificial sweeteners, ingredients etc. We’re striving for healthy all-natural recipes! ps. your recipes do not have to contain all the ingredients from the garden – it’s just an inspiration point. Any seasonal veggies and fruit recipes that combine other ingredients will be great ;)
Our last Summer Fruit Potluck Party was a lot of fun – the recipes shares were bursting with beauty and flavour – if you have not visited the page yet – you must! Thank you to everyone who participated and ‘brought’ their favourite fruit dessert to the party!
Thank you! Don’t forget to Spread the excitement!
ps. If you are linking up, don’t forget to spread the word where your fantastic recipe has been shared! To share or ‘like’ on facebook – please note that temporarily I’m experiencing some glitches on my blog – so the ‘like’ button won’t display the proper thumbnail when liking. The best way to share on facebook at the moment, is to grab the url link from the top, and paste into your wall. (I am working out the glitches and it should all be working great soon.) xoxo

Hi Ella,
Happy Friday. Hope you had a great week.
Today I’m sharing a few posts: from how to build a trellis to a pasta dish with summer’s bounty (easily grown in any garden).
Love this link party!!
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
–Amber
Hello Amber ;)
I loved your posts especially loved seeing your trellis tutorial during nap time – Love that!!! xoxo
Have a great weekend!
Hi Ella! I was just coming over to visit your party this week when you left your comment! So pleased it’s a garden theme – I have linked my soup!
Some of you are enjoying hot Summer days but we’re not – yet! So we’re still eating soup!
Take care

Vicky, I was super excited to see you and the soup come on by…. but then darn, it hit me that the photo just makes it harder to bear the craving! LOL
Nevertheless, it will push me to heat up a big pot and get going with soups – hopefully soon ;)
Hugs to you! Sending some heat waves your way ;) xo
Thank you for the heat waves, won’t be long before I’m in your neck of the woods and enjoying the sun!
I was recently given the Sunshine Award, Ella. I must now pass this on to ten other bloggers who creatively inspire others in blogospere. I’ve chosen to pass this to you but please feel under no pressure to pass it to others. You can read more about this award here http://glutenfreescdandveggie.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/the-sunshine-award.html

I posted two recipes that both included items from the garden. A slaw with red currant compote and an Ayurvedic cooling garbanzo bean salad. It didn’t say how many entries so I hope two entries is ok.
Also if you grow your own aloe vera plant, come check out a recipe for a three ingredient aloe vera cleanser over on Sweet Roots {Infusions of Herbal Living}!
Thank you for hosting!
Mary, I love your recipes and photos and thanks so much for linking up ;)
There’s really no rules about how many… and your aloe vera cleanser sounds amazing – you could link that as well here – it is garden-fresh as you say ;)
I will now be looking for an aloe vera plant!
*hugs*
