Actually, when you read this, we will be partying in New York (well, not so much partying as it is a family trip ;) Still, a crazy busy weekend is upon us. I do hope yours will be spent beautifully with lots of sunshine and smiles, good company and…. let’s not forget: good food ;) That’s why these Potlucks are so important ~ they are so helpful to find great recipes and meet new foodies ;) Let the fun begin!
We are focusing on Nutritious & Delicious healthy recipes that are mostly vegan, vegetarian and raw as well as gluten-free but not exclusively. Recipes that are free of refined sugars, have no artificial colours and flavours, are not processed would qualify as healthy. Some exceptions will include wild fish dishes, and recipes with ancient grains like spelt & kamut are also welcomed. Please no posts that sell anything and unrelated links will be deleted. (for a feel of the party check this post). You are encouraged to search through your archives and dig up some older recipes. There’s a different theme every weekend, so be sure to stop by often ;) This week it’s : Best Healthy Salad Recipes
