Happy Friday! I do hope you all had a great week welcoming September! The weather this week here was amazing so it really doesn’t feel like fall yet but I do love the cooler crisp air in the mornings and then beautiful sunshine during the day. I Love Love Love September ;) Today is also my little one’s 1st day of Senior Kindergarten ~ I was really excited this morning for starting the day with a bit of routine ~ for a girl with no schedule – a day with schedules is amazing for a change ;)
So happy Back-to-School week for those who have little kiddos…. for you it’s either a heart drenching time of the year OR the happiest jump-up-and-down time of the year! Either way it’s school time – your kids are getting older and wiser ;) But what about that crazy schedule you’re about to dive into??? Short busy evenings, to much to do, so little time – panicking about when and what to eat!? It doesn’t have to be ‘crazy’, you know? You can still have good healthy meals that don’t take forever to make and you can still provide lots of nutrition to you kids and yourself during these busy times.
So my food blogger friends, this week let’s focus on easy, quick and nutritious Go To meals for Back to School, so the mamas out there will have a helping hand, a guide to inspire them in the kitchen these days and keep a smile on the kids’ (and their own) faces ;)
