Hello my friends! Happy Easter and welcome to another fabulous Potluck Party! Glad you could join us ;) This weekend let’s get a sampling of all your favourite recipes fit enough for an Easter Feast!
Easter might just be one of the toughest holidays for most vegans, as I only know from personal experience. Just look at the whole holiday – its whole theme is wrapped around Eggs and bunnies! lol. Eggs are cute… but as decorations, and bunnies are cute as cuddly plushies, no not Chocolate Bunnies! It can be a tough time to find great recipes you can serve up confidently, which is why I love these Potluck Parties and now especially this Easter Potluck. So let’s try to make this a wonderful collection of recipes that everyone can enjoy and savour ~ with a healthy spin, rich in vibrant veggies, healthy grains and hopefully some scrumptiously divine healthy desserts! Yum ;)
So hop right in, share a dish with a link to your post, and don’t forget to ‘mingle’
by visiting some of the other guests ;)
Keep it nutritious & delicious – something you’d like to bring to an Easter brunch or dinner ~ healthy desserts and drinks are welcome.
We are focusing on healthy recipes that are mostly vegan, vegetarian and raw as well as gluten-free but not exclusively. Recipes that are free of refined sugars, have no artificial colours and flavours, are not processed would qualify as healthy. Some exceptions will include wild fish dishes, and recipes with ancient grains like spelt & kamut. Please no posts that sell anything and unrelated links will be deleted.(for a feel of the party check this post). You are free to scour your archives, I don’t think recipes get dated.
Thank you so much for stopping by this Easter Potluck Party! Don’t have a blog or a link to a recipe? No worries, just say hello anyway, glad you could visit ;)
To Play:
Please add a link to your post that you shared your recipe here at the Potluck Party @ Lifeologia (insert the url of this post). Copy the url link from your recipe post you want to share, click on the bottom blue button and follow the instructions. Easy peasy ;)
ps. Old recipes dusted off from your archives are perfectly acceptable ~ does a recipe really go out of style? Especially if they fit an Easter or Spring theme. You are welcome to share more than one dish this time ;D
Thanks for being here and supporting this great event. Now let’s have fun!
The party ends Monday at midnight.
Wishing you a wonderful, safe and happy Easter to you and your family. ~ Ella

Hi Ella, Thanks for hosting once again. I am contributing my lentils and rice recipe. It is the food I make most often for parties and potlucks. It is simple, most people can eat it (gluten-free, vegan, etc.), and it makes a lot. Oh, and it is delicious. People often ask me to make it again.
Joann, thanks for stopping by ;D
Your lentils and rice sounds so good!
xo
Happy Easter!
Thanks so much for hosting! I shared my roasted carrots recipe. Although I used honey, vegans can easily replace it with maple syrup (and I do mention this in the blogpost). Have a wonderful holiday!
Thanks Justine, your roasted carrots sounds great. They would be a great side dish that everyone can eat ;) yum!
Happy Easter! xo
Hi Ella! I’ve brought my Nut Roast recipe to your party this week, though not specifically on the Easter theme, the family will be over and we are having Nut Roast for dinner.
Have a lovely Easter!
Vicky, I’m loving your nut roast – I will be attempting this for sure!
Happy Easter! xoxo
love your baby quiches. I am bringing some low Sugar decadent French Toasts. Samoa and Molten Lava. gf with gf bread!
Hi Ella! Thanks for hosting. I shared a couple of dishes, one with bok choy and one for green enchiladas. I’ve been working on my Easter menu (I’m going to a potluck!), so this is super timely!. Thanks! :)
Happy Easter to you and to all your lovely readers!
Thanks so much for hosting and for letting me know about your potluck party! I shared a Chocolate Covered Frozen Banana Bites recipe. They are so yummy and easy to make. Vegan-option included. Thanks again.
