This weekend we had some family come over. Mainly my two sisters. My big sister came with her little 2 month old baby and it was great to hear extra noises and cries around the house (other than my daughter’s tantrums ;P) We had some dinner and some good time and… my daughter who is 2 1/2 experienced some MOTHERLY INSTINCTS – so we had a lot of LAUGHS!!!
Can you believe… she found my sister’s breast pump and she KNEW how to use it. She said ‘I also want to give milk to the baby”. She was so into this, wanting to help out… so nurturing, so caring – and so FUNNY.
Here is my little sister ‘the aunt’ feeding the baby. And Gabi is hard at work being all MOTHERLY.
We finally got through to her that ‘only mommies can give milk to their baby’ – either that or she just got bored of it. Came over and gave a BIG smooch to the little baby Daniel.
