Today is my sister’s birthday, and I though I would dedicate this post to her. She is currently living in Australia, so technically I’m already late with this post – sorry honey. But here it still counts, ok? ;)
This photo above was when she first saw my daughter at almost 3 weeks. Let me explain why it took her soooo long to see her precious little niece. The summer of 2007 she spent in Tanzania, Africa teaching at an orphanage. (Yes she is THAT GREAT). Anyway, I was pregnant and my due date wasn’t until September the 10th. So she booked a flight back way before that at the end of August. Well… Surprise! Gabi came early! I decided NOT to tell her and just surprise her ;) She FROZE completely when she saw her little niece…. it was just PRICELESS.
These next few shots are of our last creative fashion photo shoot we did. I love these shots – although her hair is blonde now, I will always LOVE this look on her ;)

She is such an amazing sister and aunt and I am in love with her completely. She’s the coolest chick on the planet, my personal life-crisis supporter, girl’s night out planner, a cooked meal bringer, and always a beautiful model on call…
Kasia – “I love you like a sister”. I hope you’re having a terrific time in Gold Coast, down under. Have you seen real kangaroos and koala bears yet? I’m sure you have seen some spiders though ;) Have an awesome adventure and don’t forget to come back – with a diploma!!! xoxo

She is just beautiful inside and out. Since she is my sister too I can take the opportunity to say that right now. Happy Birthday to my little angel with lots of love, hugs and kisses !!! I already look forward to seeing her next year in August and so is my little son !
