Inspired by all the FISH from my previous posts this week, I though I might as well take this further and feature some delicious recipes from my favourite celebrity chefs. There are many more I find extraordinarily inspiriting and talented but I had to choose just a few for now. Fish meals are so light and summery, so it’s a perfect time to feature these mouth-watering recipes. Read on to see some of the SEXIEST chefs do their thing.
I found this increadible Sea Bass recipe from my favourite cooking gal: The Pioneer Woman.
Bronzed Sea Bass with
Lemon Shallot Butter
Another one of my favourite chefs is Michael Smith from Chef at Home. This Mediterranean Fish Stew sounds so yummy.
Meditarranean Fish Stew
Now for the SEXIEST chef in the industry, no it’s not Jamie Oliver – but it sure could be…. I was thinking of a female chef though….. drumroll please……
Giada De Lorentiis! Is she not the sexiest chef? She makes eating look so sexy – OMG I think I have a girl crush ;P Uhm. Back to food. I want to try these parmesan fish sticks, they look absolutely scrumptious and they’re BAKED – not fried. Big Bonus as I am attempting to try on a bikini this summer ;P

BTW, I found this recipe through another great blog called the 30 Day Blog Challenge. This blog is super great with tons of HAPPY things. It all started with this NY Minute Now blog. Take a look.
OK, now I feel like I have to throw in the other SEXIEST man-chef in here. This one will go to…. drumroll… Jamie Oliver. Alas, there is a challenger – his name is David Rocco – from La Dolce Vita. Is he not delicious himself? Ha, I am totally lol’ing.
FYI, I had the personal pleasure of talking to him a few times – NO I’m not making this up! I worked on a marketing campaign/graphic design job for one of my clients and he was a sponsor. Have you seen his show? It’s MAGICAL… let me just tell you that.
Polpo im Umido
This is David Rocco’s recipe for stewed octopus (YES I know octopus is not a fish (close enough) – I had to share this with you ). It looks A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! I will have to try this one of these days. His cookbook is filled with lovely photos of Italy – a fantastic coffee table book – just inspirational and delicious.
I am going all out here and even including a clip of his show. I have a special sentiment to Italy as my husband and I had our honeymoon in Rome. I would love to go back any minute – for now it’s just fantastic memories of all senses – sights, sounds, and smells….

Great post, I usually use many traditional cooking appliances and cooking methods in my kitchen, but found that some of the newer stuff works well too (even when cooking traditional food), will come back to check how this blog is advancing. Thanks.
Just stumbled upon your post and will check out additional ones. Looks like seriously good stuff.
Fantastic, thanks for posting!
Hi. I am serving this fish recipe tonight at our Christmas dinner, but can you tell me what kind of wine we should drink with it? Is a Chenin Blanc any good with fish? I believe I am a reasonable cook, but I have absolutely no idea about which wine should accompany fish. Thnx Gwen
