“Our highlight of the week — a large gathering of moms & kids (ok, it was a playdate, but I hate using that word) for a few hours of play, snacks, and lunch. 7 moms, 6 baby girls, 6 pre-school girls, and one lone preschool-age boy (what a good sport he is!). One of the other moms recently (was going through a hard time) so we are making an extra effort to get together and just hang out more. I hope it has been helping her, and I suspect it’s been beneficial to the rest of us, as well.”

I love that she thought it was Disneyworld — oh, that sweet naivety! I also love how her outfit coordinates so nicely with the ferris wheel!!
Our highlight this week: a nice day and a trip to the playground with daddy. Time with daddy is rare these days as he approaches end-of-semester finals, and Adeline is so excited when he can come with and help her on the monkey bars.

She was so happy. I would like to go to disney with my children, but here the nearest is Eurodisney.

Our highlights this week were: my son passing Grade 3 in the tenor horn and our daughter getting to a total of 200 team merits at school and hence gaining a special certificate. It was so lovely to have a family celebration (pizza!!) to praise them both for their achievements :)
Looks like such a fun trip! Love all the photos.
Our highlight was finishing our road trip across country. Glad we are done, was fun visiting family along the way and glad that we no longer have to get in the car every morning.
