Did you know that I don’t have any official allergies to eggs or dairy but once I removed them from my diet, my health improved tremendously. I also don’t have Celiac, but eating gluten-free foods is so much easier on the stomach to digest and I feel great omitting wheat and other glutenous grains from my diet.
I had the best time working on this eBook ~ from recipe creation, to baking and cooking up a storm, (wish I just had a maid now to help me clean up the neglected home ;))… to tasting all the goodies. I heard a lot of ‘Wow!’s and ‘This is so good!’ from my side of the family ~ and they don’t go by any dietary restrictions – clear proof that this is good stuff! (hmmm… truth be told, I did bribe them slightly with great Apple & Persimmon Pie and Crème Brûlée - so I’m bias ;))
