Thank you!! I've been using natural deodorants (no anti-perspirant), but would love to go even more natural, and lemon juice sounds amazing. I'm going to keep my store-bought stuff, but try the lemon juice on days at home. =)

Hi Clair ;D
Happy to hear you're doing the lemon water ~ don't be hating it ;)

About that lemon deodorant ;) I apply two coats, let the first one dry, I pat dry slightly - a hair drying would be probably awesome if you're rushing ;) And then splash another coat. Dry that again and carry on as usual.

What I've noticed though is that when I went off the regular drug store brands that sealed up the pores for 48hrs! Geez why? I had a tough time adjusting to using less. It's like my pores were not used to the freedom to sweat - which IS completely natural - that I did sweat A LOT with natural deodorants even purchased ones. It took a while to adjust, to use less, and now I think my body found a natural balance.

I think that's why a lot of people may drop the whole going natural deal because when you do adjust back from the toxic products, your body just has a need to sweat... finally! ;)

Good luck. To adjust better, maybe start with going au-naturel when you're home all day or wear black if you may sweat the small stuff! ;D
Good luck. xo

These are amazing ideas! Do you just leave the lemon juice on your underarms all day? Seems like it might get sticky...

I've been doing warm lemon water in the morning for the past week or so. I can't say it's my favorite thing to wake up to, but I know it's so good for me. =)
