80% to Remission

No this is NO mistake! I moved my goal meter up to 80%!!!

I feel amazing and I feel like ‘I’m back’. My strength is great – I get up from bed fine – walk up the stairs fine. Sometimes I forget to tak my Mestinon until noon – and my doses are every 5-6 hours (not ev. 4 like I used to take)

Is it a miracle? NO hardly! I have worked my butt off to get here and I am so happy it’s paying off.

My secret? Well, I’ve been taking these supplements and doing these cleanses regularly – and that’ it – that is my secret.

There’s one more thing: I go to bed at 9pm every night – your sleep between 9-11pm is crucial to your health – I am working with this amazing doctor of Chinese medicine and he strongly advised this – he said he can’t treat me if I don’t honour this sleep cycle. (btw – I do break that cycle on the weekends – I still want to have a social life or time with my hubby lol ;)
What’s funny is that he hasn’t even started treating me but recommended to make these changes before he prescribes something – now I don’t even think I need his Chinese herbs – but we’ll see. I do want this goal meter to reach 100%

My biggest challenge was – (still is) to get rid of the Candida. Yeast they say is the silent disease many have and it can affect virtually anything is our body. Yeast occurs also in men which is a huge misconception that only women have yeast problems. Yeast in men shows up as thrush on the tongue (white spots) and skin rash. There is a simple test that will show you right away that you have abnormal yeast (abnormal – because it is naturally occurring in practically any living organism – it’s the imbalance that causes problems). What you do is :

first thing in the morning, prepare a glass with water and spit into it (must be the 1st saliva you collect), let it settle in the glass and observe how it forms. If you see ‘strings’ forming going down – you have Candida Albicans.  If you do, treating it will most likely get rid of Myasthenia Gravis! It’s worth to try. You can even quickly get prescription medication to treat the yeast. But a rigorous diet change will HAVE to take place so it effective.

Changing my diet was hard the first 2-3 weeks. Now I LOVE it – I don’t crave sugar anymore, and I’m ok with no dairy – - there’s way more – no alcohol, no salad dressing, nothing pickled or marinated in jars – no breads with yeast. I even went further and got rid of meat! That’s right, I am a vegetarian now – even thinking of becoming vegan.

All these changes happened at the beginning of December – but I wasn’t honouring the diet so well. I dipped down harshly in January (we also were sick with a cold and my daughter was in a bad sickly shape for 3 weeks- that probably had an effect on the dip). Since the beginning of February I made a vow that I must get getter for Spring – to take my daughter out to the playground and go on a trip to the zoo…. that made me focus more and here I am only a month later ;)

Anyone who wants to join in on this possible cure, please message me and let me help you. It is possible to FIX our bodies – something got ‘unbalanced’ – let’s restore our body and beat this thing.
